Join Not In My Name (NIMN), a PJI organizing initiative bringing together survivors of violence and families whose loved ones were murdered for a discussion of Waiting To Die, a new book by LSU alumna and editor Monique Morrison. Waiting To Die features the writing of Feltus Taylor, an incarcerated man who served a death sentence at Angola Prison until his execution in 2000. His manuscript about his own life was written to “help other young men” and inspire his incarcerated peers.
