The property includes a 100-year-old historic building, a brick-paved courtyard, and a beautiful outdoor space enclosed by raw brick walls and exposed steel beams. Located in the heart of the dynamic Faubourg-Marigny at 1024 Elysian Fields Avenue, The Industrial Garden’s  close proximity to rich cultural hubs like Frenchman Street, the French Quarter, and the Tremé make it the perfect venue for any New Orleans event. This charming location is also just a short walk from the Rampart-St. Claude streetcar line that runs through the Lower Garden District, the French Quarter, the Tremé, and the Marigny. 

This unique venue is perfect for meetings, fundraisers, classes, receptions, and non-profit or corporate events. We encourage local non-profit organizations to utilize our historic, centrally located event space. We offer tiered pricing for non-profits of different sizes, and are happy to work with you and your staff to ensure that the event is tailored to meet your needs. 

We have the event space you have been looking for! Our unique venue offers both natural, outdoor space and private rooms that can accommodate small or large events.

Our charismatic New Orleans venue seamlessly blends historic charm and natural surroundings with modern amenities.

With ample space, PJI can accommodate non-profit or corporate events ranging from intimate networking functions to full-scale receptions.

PJI has two meeting rooms available for rent on an hourly, daily or long-term basis and are ideal for meetings, rehearsals, receptions, classes, and training sessions. The large meeting room is 600 square feet and has a maximum seating of 50, theater style. The small meeting room is 300 square feet with maximum seating of 20. 

Meeting rooms are available Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Meeting setup and cleanup times are within the hours of scheduled room availability.
